GreenMox@ TEC is a lipid-soluble green tea extract catechin palmitate, as a naturally source bio-based additive, offers a safer, more efficient and environmentally friendly antioxidant solution to delay lipid oxidation in various food, medicine and cosmetic products.
In nature and in our daily life, whether it is food, medicine or cosmetics, the deterioration of oils and fats often leads to unpleasant odors and discoloration of the products, and oxidative rancidity is the main cause of oil deterioration. GreenMox@ TEC can significantly enhance antioxidant capacity and total phenol content while reducing the peroxide value, and as a natural effective alternative to synthetic antioxidants such as BHA and BHT.
