On February 18, 2025, UniVOOK Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. jointly signed the global cooperation framework agreement with the Institute of Animal Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (IAS-CAAS) and Hunan Zhongben Intelligent Technology Development Co., Ltd. for the Automatic In Vitro Simulated Digestion System (SDS III) and Simulated Digestion Fluid Kit. Through the dedicated collaboration of all three parties, the overseas market promotion of the Automatic In Vitro Simulated Digestion System (SDS III) has achieved remarkable results, successfully entering major global feed and animal nutrition markets including the EU, the United States, South America, and Russia. The three parties have established a closer, more efficient, mutually beneficial, and trust-based strategic partnership. Building on this foundation, all three parties unanimously agreed to accelerate the global promotion strategy for the Automatic In Vitro Simulated Digestion System (SDS III), while simultaneously launching the new product — the Automatic Respiration Calorimetry System (CRS-1) — to the global market.

To this end, UniVOOK and Zhongben Intelligent signed on July 1, 2026, the Supplementary Agreement on Overseas Exclusive Sales Agency for Automatic In Vitro Simulated Digestion System (SDS III) and Simulated Digestion Fluid Kit, and the Framework Agreement on Overseas Exclusive Sales of Automatic Respiration Calorimetry System (CRS-1).
