Solvent-based Anti-pollution Flashover Coating
Ultradry APF-DU is a Solvent-based Anti-pollution Flashover Coating, it achieves super-hydrophobic and super-oleophobic properties through the reaction modification of inorganic nanoparticles with low surface energy substances, and the construction of micro-nano rough structures; Ultradry APF-DU can effectively prevent the flashover problem caused by surface area contamination of electrical equipment; It is widely used in industries such as power, rail transit, roads and bridges, telecommunications and EVs, etc.
– Solvent-based superhydrophobic self-cleaning anti-pollution flashover coating;
– The Contact Angle is greater than 150° and Rolling Angle is less than 5°. Stable performance and easy to operate;

Application:
Ultradry APF-DU is used for surface protection of various outdoor equipment in power systems, that are vulnerable to contamination and threaten the safe transmission of electricity. It is also applicable to other industrial and civil facilities that require performance on anti-pollution flashover, super-hydrophobicity and self-cleaning, such as rail transit, roads and bridges, telecommunications and EVs, etc.

- Safe Use Technical Data Safe Use technical data can be found in the Chemical Safe Use Data Sheet (MSDS).
- The paint is solvent-based and should be handled with care. Inhalation of paint mist and contact with skin or eyes of wet paint should be avoided. If it accidentally splashes onto the skin, rinse immediately with an appropriate detergent, soap and water. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
- When applying paint in confined Spaces, ensure good ventilation and lighting.
- If on-site personnel are working in an environment with concentrations above the above explosive limit, each must be equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
