SuperMate@ K16 bio-based crystallization inhibitor, or named natural anti-crystallization agent, is a mixture of natural catechin derivatives and natural long-chain fatty acid (or ester), which exhibits remarkable anti-crystallization activity. Its distinctive three-dimensional steric molecular structure, special functional groups, can inhibit the formation of fat crystals to prevent them from hardening or solidifying at low temperatures.
