EVA Wax
EVA Wax is a low molecular weight ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. As a polar wax, it is formed by copolymerization of non-polar ethylene monomer and strongly polar vinyl acetate monomer. EVA wax has good compatibility with polar and non-polar substances. Low crystallinity gives it better toughness and impact resistance. For the advantages of low viscosity, high softening point, good hardness, good thermal stability, low volatility, it is mainly used as lubricants, dispersants, compatibilizers in plastic industry.
APPLICATION OF EVA WAX
- Used as dispersant, lubricant and compatibilizer for pigment, filler and additive masterbatch;
- Used as rubber and plastic processing lubricant, release agent, compatibilizer;
- Used as ink dispersant and anti-scratch agent;
- Used as hot melt adhesive viscosity regulator;
