In feed and animal nutrition, the deterioration of oils and fats often leads to unpleasant odors and discoloration of the products, and oxidative rancidity is the main cause of oil deterioration.
GreenMox@ N100 lipid soluble biobased antioxidant is a derivative of tea polyphenols modified with palmitic acid groups. This modification endows it with outstanding lipophilic properties, and it is particularly applied for antioxidant purposes for feeds or animal nutrition that containing lipid ingredients . Additionally, due to its unique amphiphilic structure (with a hydrophilic head and a lipophilic tail) and the group modification structure, it also possesses effective emulsifying properties and sustained-release performance. This synergistic effect significantly enhances the antioxidant performance of GreenMox® N100.
Compared with traditional synthesized antioxidants (BHA, BHT, TBHQ)), natural biobased antioxidant GreenMox@ N100 has provided a safer, healthier, more efficient and more environmentally friendly lipid-soluble antioxidant solution for feed and animal nutrition industry.
