– SuperPro siso is a live-line sprayable, two-component insulating coating, with excellent physical and mechanical properties such as wear resistance and impact resistance, and excellent chemical resistance such as acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, seawater immersion resistance and cathodic disbonding resistance.
– SuperPro siso insulating coating forms a continuous and smooth insulating coating on the substrate surface, thereby providing excellent dielectric properties and effectively preventing current leakage and breakdown. Meanwhile, SuperPro siso features a high volume resistivity, high insulation strength, and resistance to current breakdown, etc.
– Has excellent flame retardancy, and both the paint and coating are non-flammable; Relatively high liquid resistance and can meet the requirements for live spraying construction above 10kV.
– SuperPro siso has very low VOC emissions and is an environmentally friendly insulating and anti-corrosion coating.
Application:
SuperPro siso is recommended for areas with high insulation requirements such as transformers, conductors, motors, switch cabinets, transmission towers, etc. in the power industry; It can be used in coastal environments with high requirements for corrosiveness.

Health and safety:
- Technical data on safe use can be found in the Chemical Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
- Inhalation of paint mist and skin or eye contact with undried paint should be avoided. If it accidentally splashes onto the skin, rinse immediately with an appropriate detergent, soap and water. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
- When applying paint in confined Spaces, ensure good ventilation and lighting.
- If on-site personnel are working in an environment with concentrations above the above explosive limit, must be equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
