GreenMox@ TAF is a mixture of natural catechin derivatives and natural long-chain fatty acid (or ester), which exhibits remarkable anti-crystallization activity. Its distinctive three-dimensional steric molecular structure, special functional groups, can inhibit the formation of fat crystals in various vegetable oils and animal fats, thereby preventing them from hardening or solidifying at low temperatures.

 

As a natural anti-crystallization and anti-freezing agent, GreenMox@ TAF provides a safer, healthier, more efficient and more environmentally friendly solution for vegetable oils (such as palm oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, cottonseed oil, etc.) and animal oils (pork oil, duck oil, chicken oil), for food, feed, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Palmitoylated Green Tea Extract Catechins is GRAS status for use as an additive in specified conventional food products and is approved by China GB202760-2015 as food additive.
