A sufficient dose of inorganic micro-particle zinc oxide is the best additive for preventing diarrhea in piglets, reducing stress in weaned piglets and enhancing immunity.
UniMole molecular coated zinc oxide adopts an innovative liquid-phase molecular composite coating technology, using food-grade vegetable oil as the coating material to achieve molecular-coated active zinc oxide. Each solid particle is evenly encapsulated without agglomeration effect, maintaining a high specific surface area of active zinc oxide. High gastric release, high intestinal release, and multi-functionality; Good palatability and easy to disperse.
Properties：
- Feed-grade active nano-zinc oxide, with a high specific surface area: 70 m2/g; excellent antibacterial and anti-diarrhea properties.
- Molecular Coating Targeting Technology: Each nano zinc oxide particle is individually encapsulated. Coating thickness < 10 nm ensures uniform zinc oxide dispersion without agglomeration, enhancing dispersibility and chew resistance.
- Small Particle Size & Low Density: Particle density ≤ 0.9 g/cm³; Prevents settling and improves dispersion in feed.
- High Gastric Resistance: Min. 95% (after 3h gastric simulation), Min. 85% (after 5h gastric simulation); Significantly reduces zinc oxide dosage requirement.
- Superior Intestinal Release Profile: Intestinal release rate: 75% (2h), 85% (4h), 99% (6h).
- FDA-Approved Food-Grade Enteric Coating Material: Digestible and absorbable as nutritional component.
- Enhances Feed Palatability: Reduces zinc excretion; Prevents rough hair coat and enlarged skin pores in piglets caused by zinc overdose.

Recommended Dosage：
1) In Starter Feeds: 1.0 – 1.5 kg per ton of feed.
2) In Nursery Feeds: 0.5 – 1.1 kg per ton of feed.
Attention:
Ensure thorough mixing during incorporation. First pre-blend the product with a small quantity of finely-ground feed, then progressively dilute this mixture into larger feed portions.
