Ultradry APF-SU Solvent-free Anti-pollution Flashover Coating is a two-component, low-viscosity, single-layer super-hydrophobic, self-cleaning coating. Has excellent super-hydrophobicity, superoleophobicity and hydrophobic migration properties, this enables it continuously maintain the superhydrophobic performance of the coating surface without attenuation in a high-humidity environment, and at the same time has excellent anti-dust adhesion performance, improve the insulation capacity of the power grid and effectively prevent surface flashover breakdown accidents caused by contamination and condensation.
Ultradry APF -SU has good resistance to UV aging, acid and alkali corrosion, salt spray erosion, etc., and can maintain its superhydrophobic, self-cleaning and anti-condensation properties for a long time under different natural environmental conditions.
Ultradry APF-SU Solvent-free anti-pollution flashover coating is used to protect the enclosed electrical equipment in the power industry, such as ring main units, switch cabinets, cable branch boxes, box-type substations, etc.

- The paint is solvent-based and should be handled with care. Inhalation of paint mist and contact with skin or eyes of wet paint should be avoided. If it accidentally splashes onto the skin, rinse immediately with an appropriate detergent, soap and water. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
- When applying paint in confined Spaces, ensure good ventilation and lighting.
- If on-site personnel are working in an environment with a concentration higher than the above explosive limit, they must each be equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
