Lysolecithin are derivatives of lecithin, and are produced from soybean phospholipid oil through controllable enzymatic hydrolysis process. Lysolecithin is used as lipid digestion promoter and biological emulsifier in feed and food. Help to form lipid micelles, thereby promoting the digestion and absorption of lipids and fat-soluble nutrients, thus improving the nutritional efficiency of feed and enhancing the production performance of animal husbandry. Lysolecithin have been widely used in the production of feed for pigs, chickens, ducks, aquatic products and ruminants.
