GreenMox@ TAF is a lipid-soluble modified green tea extract catechin, Its unique molecular structure and functional groups delay the formation of fat crystals in vegetable oils, thus ensuring that these oils do not harden or freeze in cold climates. As a naturally source bio-based additive, GreenMox@ TAF offers a safer, more efficient and environmentally friendly anti-crystallization/anti-freezing solution. Used in food, medicine and cosmetics.

Applications Areas

Acts as anti-crystallization agent/anti-freeze additive in Vegetable fat & oil (palm oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, etc.); Butter; Margarine.
Acts as an aeration and anti-crystallization agent. Reduces sandiness by retarding the growth of crystals.

 

 

 

Safety and Regulations

Palmitoylated Green Tea Extract Catechins is GRAS status for use as an additive in specified conventional food products and is approved by China GB202760-2015 as food additive.
