Self-cleaning Anti-mold and Anti-algae Coating
Ultradry MA-R-DU is a superhydrophobic self-cleaning anti-mold and anti-algae coating, with good adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance, moisture and heat resistance, and chemical resistance. The micro-nano structures on the surface of the coating form an special air cushion between microorganisms and the surface, thereby greatly reducing the interaction area between microorganisms and the surface and inhibiting the adhesion process of microorganisms.
Meanwhile, the small water droplets formed by the condensation of dew or moisture on the surface of the coating roll on the surface of the superhydrophobic coating, which can continuously wash away the newly fallen microorganisms on the surface of the electrical equipment, prevent their accumulation and growth, and endow the substrate with self-cleaning function.

Application:
Ultradry MA-R-DU is used for surface protection of equipment in various outdoor power systems that are vulnerable to microorganisms such as mold and pose that threat the safe transmission of electricity. It is also suitable for other industrial and civil facilities that require anti-mold, superhydrophobic and superself-cleaning functions; Such as buildings, roads and Bridges, communications, electronic information, municipal engineering, rail transit, new energy vehicles, etc.

- The coating is solvent-based and should be handled strictly following to guidance. Inhalation of paint mist and contact with skin or eyes of wet paint should be avoided. If it accidentally splashes onto the skin, rinse immediately with an appropriate detergent, soap and water. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
- When applying paint in confined Spaces, ensure good ventilation and lighting.
- If on-site personnel are working in an environment with concentrations above the above explosive limit, each must be equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
