SuperPro Brac-SF Solvent-free Heavy-duty Anti-corrosion Coating is a two-component, high solid content, free rust-removal process anti-corrosion coating; SuperPro Brac-SF contains rust stabilizers and rust converters, it can be used on low-surface-treated substrates; It has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, seawater immersion resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance, etc. It is used in heavy-duty anti-corrosion industries such as power, ships, wind power, oil pipelines, industrial storage tanks, Bridges, and steel structures.
Features:
- SuperPro Brac-SF is a two-component, high solid content, amine-cured low-surface-treated epoxy anti-corrosion coating.
- SuperPro Brac-SF contains rust stabilizers and rust converters and can be used on low surface-treated substrates St2 (surfaces of firmly attached rusted substrates).
- SuperPro Brac-SF has excellent physical and mechanical properties such as wear resistance and impact resistance, excellent chemical resistance such as acid and alkali resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance such as salt spray resistance, seawater immersion resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance.
- SuperPro Brac-SF has extremely low VOC emissions and is an environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating.
Application:
It can be used as a combined primer and topcoat for areas in severely corrosive environments. Recommended for heavy-duty anti-corrosion industries such as power, ships, wind power, oil pipelines, industrial storage tanks, Bridges, steel structures, etc.

- This product should be handled with care. Inhalation of paint mist and contact with wet paint on the skin or in the eyes should be avoided. If it accidentally splashes onto the skin, rinse immediately with an appropriate detergent, soap and water. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
- When applying paint in confined Spaces, ensure good ventilation and lighting.
- If on-site personnel are working in an environment with concentrations above the above explosive limit, each must be equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
