UniVOOK Chemical’s 3-Fluoro-4-Vinylphenol product is used as intermediate in the synthesis of photoresist polymers, crosslinked fibers, coupling agents and conductive polymers. 3-Fluoro-4-Vinylphenol is also used as raw material in the production of  semiconductor materials, UV ink and UV curable materials. Being used as bifunctional styrene monomer in organic sythesis.
